Airtel Mobile Karnataka - Very bad customer service from Airtel Mobiles

I have recently ported my mobilenumber from Vodafone to Airtel. Now i realise that it is a big mistake. Ever since i ported my number to Airtel I am having lot of problems

1. Their Customer service executives are so rude and they dont try to understand the problems.
2. For all the queries i called up to 121, they said they cant help and I should go to nearest dealer, where as my queries were related to the service requests.
3. When everi request them to connect me to their manager, they say the manager is busy and they will arrange a call back. But so far i have never received any call back.
4. I have sent some complaints to the nodal officer also, still no response. The nodal officer also has not responded at all.

I think no one at Airtel cares about the customers.

With such kind of a Customer Care team i am not sure how long will Airtel survive in the industry.

I am using airtel for last 8 years. And I m suggesting all my friends don't go for airtel. Now I m thinking to port my number. customer care is just for formalities.

My number is still not transferred and there are no change in the issue status... How cold you saythat it is resolved??? Are you trying to cheat the viewes here?

MY ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED.... AND ITS BEEN 3WEEKS SINCE I RAISED THE REQUEST... NO POSITIVE ACTION FROM AIRTEL.... PATHETIC SERVICE....
