The employee of INOX janak Puri was very unhelpful as they didn't help him by letting in the movie hall. We had pre booked the tickets via Paytm but they didn't accepted it and wasted his time at the theatre. Even your employees at the checking gate snoop in the the bags of guests which is wrong. Would request to take a positive action in the this matter as it's not the first time that has happened.
