Service Center of Venetian Honda Service Centre situated in Borivali,They just find the problem in bikes which are not exist add to which a normal cant recognize and make big estimates.But real problem they dont solve,last time i had to kept my bike for one week in service center just for clutch plaate replacement .And after 20 days of serve i am facing the same problem ,i am sure that they have not replaced the part they just repaired,so that they could deliver . Customer managment is very poor.

Service Center of Venetian Honda Service Centre situated in Borivali east, they just find the problem in bikes which are not exist. Add to which a normal can’t recognize and make big estimates. If bike is total tested from company when purchased how they can find new problems within 2-3 months only? Real problem they don’t solve, last time i had given the bike for servicing for change wiring below fuel tank but they just put electrical tape. Haven’t replaced the wire. Also they suggest for piping of wires but they haven’t done. They replied that they don’t have that facility.
Today ie. 16/08/2014 again i have given bike for 2nd servicing. i complained about gear shifting problem i.e. not smoothly working, sound from front tyre in disk break. But they didn’t fixed that problem and add to which they did the scratched on front margad. They told that same colour is not available with them checkout after 3-4 days. This type of reply i am getting from service advisor. Earlier bike was smoothly working but after servicing it gives sound in back shocksup. Who is responsible for that?
Also i have got free service coupon at the time of bike purchase but they refuse to give free service. They are telling that bike purchased from dealer and not from showroom. Then why i got this free service coupon at the time of purchased? This coupon said- “THIS COUPON ENTITLES THE CUSTOMER TO FREE SERVICE AS DETAILED OVERLEAF FREE OF LOBOUR CHARGES. ALL CONSUMABLE ARE CHARGES” what does it mean if i am paying charge under Head of labour charges etc.
I am sure that they have not serviced properly, so that they could deliver. Customer management is very poor. And not attending properly. They are taking in writing feedback form from us, what company is doing negative replies and bad servicing.
The worst service centre, they don't bother about costumer problem they are really irresponsible about the parts taken from the costumer for reparation...
In short your products are best but servicing is worst. I purchased best HONDA bike, in OK condition but after 2 service only it gives problem and problem. I am happy with the product but not satisfied with the servicing.
Kindly take this problem on higher priority and take immediate action on this.
I hope you will co-operate and do the needful...

i had given my activa on 8/12/2013 morning at 9.00 am. got my vehicle back by 2 in noon.
later by evening noticed the key hole has completely jammed. wont let the key in or out.

had called them the very next day thrice.they made fake call back promises.still no sign of reply.

i need this issue fixed or i might have to approach higher authirity which would defame honda and its image because of poor service contractors

The worst service centre in mumbai they don't bother about coustmer problem they are really irresponsible about the parts taken from the coustmer for repairation...

hi, I have faced same problem with Borivali service centre. inspite of informing the bobling problem and noted down in the complaint form, service engineer did not fixed that during servicing. Bike vibrats during acceleration that also they noted in complants form. but they did not fixed it.. Very poor services given...
Today predicted and side indicator have stopped working. seems even poor part quality which have been used during manufacturing. Aisa lagta has no brand and his baaki customers ko to thenga hiee haii......
