Maruti Suzuki - Vehicle lying at workshop for 2 months with no feedback

I gave my vehicle for servicing for 2 months now.Have already paid an advance of 40k, till date I have not received any feedback. I called them several times with standard reply "next week".

Its utterly difficult for us to chase when the company does not even bother to provide us any feedback proactively.Top of it due to the unavailability of my vehicle myself and all my family members are hiring call taxi every day,which costs us 15k per month. Will Maruti be able to refund my expenses?And how do we measure the harrassment and inconvenience I really do not know
