I am having Vodafone connection no.********15 since long; in the last two bills, it is observed that an amount of Rs.198/- per month has been included showing the same as 'VAS-Downloads'. The bill for May 2015 has already been paid within scheduled due date but the later is yet to be paid. I always use to pay the bills at least 7/10 days before the due dates.

Last time, it was thought that the amount such included might be by some technical mistake and ignoring the same, decided to pay. But, this time also, the element has been repeated which has surprised me. I am sure that there is no VAS activated with my connection, in addition I got the confirmation to this extent by contacting with the numbers of the service provider day before yesterday.

I shall, therefore, be glad if necessary amendments are made in the bills under reference and send the same to my mailing address recorded with you to enable me to pay the latest bill within due date.

An early action is very much solicited from the Service Provider; otherwise, I may have to think for getting aid from other platforms for resolving the issue.
