I had travelled from Haridwar to Amritsar on 9 th March 2012 ,
I have booking for me and my wife ,
was allotted C ( COUPE ) was fascinated from outside to see coupe given ,
upon entry it was disaster !!!!!!!!!!!!!! the coach seems was not attended / washed / cleaned at all in yard by staff !!!!!!!!!!
Very dirty in side and full of dust !!!!!!!!!!!!
No one to attend the coach , one attend was in next 3tier ac coach , he said his duty is for only for the 3 tier ac coach .

I had to take out my own towel to clean the both berths and the towel was almost black with the dust !!!!!!!!!!!

Earlier Bed Rolls I used to get on BCT - ADI route , now the provision of bed roll is removed ................

WORST WAS , when the train started moving , the poor door fitting , started vibrations and it was loose ,
so cold air coming in compartment in full speed , no bed roll , it was very chilly night !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

full night journey went fighting cold air and very uncomfortable journey ...............

what is point of having a POOR QUALITY FC COACH , WHICH IS NOT UPTO MARK FOR THE PASSANGERS AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!

I have suggestion , better remove the FC coach and out a 2tier ac coach ,
as it will increase the passanger capacity and also give air tight / protaction to passangers in night journey from chilly winter !!!!!!!!!!!!
And also passanger can get the bed rolls too .....
