Dear Sir,

I was a registered customer of Reliance Communications Limited, and I had brought a 1x Dongle on a Forceful sale made to me by a local Reliance Franchisee Salesman. But since the purchase the dongle for never used for a single minute due to network and connectivity problem.

Due to above problem there was a due on me for Rs. 1220/- since past 2 years, I personally contacted the local sales guy who communicated with me saying that the bill will be automatically settled due to non usage. But recently about 3 days back I received a call from the following no. 0********14 which terrified me, saying that there is a legal case lodged against this outstanding.

As i was in travel at the time of call, I promised to make the payment today which i did against a Transaction Receipt No : AMIP49256339 DATED 28/01/2014. I hereby wish to raise a complain against the company that without any provision of service the organization has looted me for Rs. 1220/- which is very unsatisfactory plus they have threatened a legal matter over me which is more harassing as being from a respectful family we have never come across any such situation.

The company never even called me in the past two years for this outstanding which made me think that the matter was settled but due to this terrifying call i was afraid of any further mishaps due to which i made the payment without getting any kind of service from the company. Till date the dongle with model : LXU-800 SERIAL NO : 903HPSD194878 is with me in dead condition since the date of starting of the services.

Why doesn a telecom company such as Reliance Communications Ltd. behave in such a life ruining fashion.

I hope the above facts will be considered to accept the complain and give us further solution for the same.
