My Hyundai Verna JH 02 AP 7797 MALCU41DLGM222072 was given for service to HMP Alandur for replacing rear bumper under own payment. The following points are brought to the notice.
1. Rear bumper was replaced and its colour is differing from rest of the body parts.
2. Finishing of the colouring is improper.
3. Billing amount was more than estimated cost.
4. Delay in delivery of the vehicle.
