I'm a regular user of sms pack that keeps on renewing automatically every month. But this month it was due on 31st of October and it didn't get activated on its own, so I recharged my account on 1st November at 10:03am. To my surprise, Reliance deducted an amount of Rs.39 on 4th November to reactivate the already active sms plan.
I want my money back and request RCOM to activate the services ON TIME to avoid such discrepancies.
