Airtel Delhi - Unnecessary deduction of mobile balance & unsatisfactory help from customercare

my RS 38.00 balance has been deducted from airtel number 0********23 without any reasonable cause on 29th september.
I reporetd the complaint to the customer care at 9:53 PM.
The customer care representative tried to respond in an confused manner telling that the balance has been deducted due to the use of internet facility.
i already had internet tariff plans activated which was not the cause of balance deduction.I told the customer care representative that i am not satisfied with your help and asked whether i could get assistance from any senior head.he replied that 'is this the time to complain?
no senior authority is present right now..'

Complainant's Goal: i want my money back and proper assistance from customer care.
