airtel UP east customer - unknown phone call -using vulgar words and abusinf

Complaint against unidentified number
My wife is getting a call and he is abusing and saying vulgar words from the mentioned mobile number (********63).
As once my wife had spoken to him and gave him warning for police compalint , but after two three days again he had started calling and saying vulgar words ,,,, to her. When i have traced the number and found the service provider is AIRTEL -EAST and it is coming from Uttar Pradesh .
Request you to identify and take a necessary action against him. So that he wont do such thing again.
Complainant's Goal: want to trace the culprict and punish as per GOI laws.
