Dear Sir/ Ma'm




I have purchased a Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza Vehicle in Nov 2016 which has completed 5200 KMs of run as on 17-02-17. However while moving on a National highway very much within the prescribed limit of 80 KMs Per Hour, the vehicle ran over a small brick which resulted in a considerable damage to the front left tyre(Pic attached). When contacted, the agency(Max Auto, Sangrur) refused to entertain any request regarding this, lamenting that the guarantee does not cover the tyres. this has caused great disappointment to me as there is no excuse why a brand would prefer cheap tyres as a default accessory in their prime product. considering the brand value of Maruti Suzuki, such kind of negligence and consequent disservice is unprecedented on your part.

I would also like to comment on the display name for your customer service e mail read 'ATM Queue'. what does this depict..? Do you mean to degrade your customers by telling them that they are standing in a damn queue and may or may not be heard. Mind you.. this may cost you dear. Your poor service, denial for redress of grievances, and your arrogant attitude are simply Provocative. Please look into the matter and respond early or social media may be the way forward for me. MARUTI SUZUKI_WORST EXPERIENCE IN LIFE_ENGINE BREAKDOWN IN 5 MONTH_BLAMED TO CUSTOMER

It is worst experience in life….

We had accident on Pune – Nagpur highway I have raised service request and asked for on road support service (Request NUMBER – 1048095).
WE WAITED FOR MARUTI SERVICE MORE THAN 7 HOURS ON ROAD WITHOUT ANY FACALITY BUT REPRESENTATIVE WAS ONLY CONNECTING HELPLESS CALLS.
Finally I took local help from on road travelers and to pullout my car and dropped to Maruti service center at 11 PM (after 8 hrs.) ASPA BANDSONS AUTO PVT LTD – WASHIM.
ASPA BANDSONS HAS DELIVERED MY CAR AT HOME (AFTER 43 DAYS). MY COUSIN AND DRIVER STARTED FOR PUNE AND CAR HAS BREAKDOWN SUDDENLY IN RUNNING CONDITION NEAR ABOUT 300 KM IN FIRST DRIVE AFTER ASPA BANDSONS SERVICING.
I HAVE INFORMED Area service manager – Maruti Suzuki India Ltd THEN HE ARRANGED TO TOW CAR TO AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING MARUTI SERVICE STATION.
Area service manager HAS CONTACTED AUTOMOTIVE AND INFORMED TO ME THAT THERE IS ENGINE ISSUE MAY BE MARUTI MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR ASPA BANDSONS SERVICING ISSUE

IN NEXT DISCUSSION, Area service manager – Maruti Suzuki India Ltd - NAGUR HAS TAKEN TURNAROUND AND STARTED SHOUTING AND BLEMING ME.
“YOU HAVE DRIVEN YOUR CAR IN FLOODED AREA THAT IS THE ONLY REASON FOR ENGINE BREAKDOWN. IT IS ONLY YOUR FAULT not MARUTI DEFECT nor ASPA BANDSONS SERVICING ISSUE”.
I am ready to give details of each and every KM (during that time car ran only ~ 2500 KM) with all proof but again he noised and said talk to my seniors.
BEFORE I CONNECTED to Regional Service Manager – West 2, Area service manager ALREADY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO HIM.
Regional Service Manager – West 2, started to explain the same as per Area service manager. After taking lot of follow up with Customer service representatives, mailed to all Maruti mails ID, WONDER CARS (Dealer), I FOUND THAT THERE IS NO WAY TO ESCALATE MATTER to MARUTI HIGHER LEVEL. EVERY MAIL GOES to ONLY AND ONLY TO Regional Service Manager – West 2.

Regional Service Manager – West 2 AND Area service manager – Maruti Suzuki India Ltd - NAGUR, THEY HAVE SCREWED UP MY 1 MONTH OF LIFE AND FINALLY I HAVE DECIDED TO PAY AND REPAIR MY CAR DUE TO THEIR HARASSMENT.
They have delivered my car in worst condition – facing lot of issue as of now
1) ASPA BANDSONS stolen steering wheel cover.
2) Pick up - Down
3) Alignment – Car Running one side
4) Steering alignment – not return to position (need to handle like TRUCK)
5) Car running condition– Feels like OLD car.

DO NO BUY ANY MARUTI CAR
