DEAR SIR

MY MOBILE NO. IS ********98. ON 19 OCT. 2013 MY BALANCE WAS RS. 50 BUT ON 20 OCT. MY BALANCE WAS NIL. HOW IT HAPPENS WITHOUT MAKING EVEN A SINGLE CALL. EARLIER ALSO MY BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED LIKE THIS. CUSTOME CARE OFFICIALS ARE NOT READY TO EVEN LODGE MY COMPLAIN AND GIVE ME MY DOCKET NO. I AM VERY MUCH FRUSTRATED BY SUCH A FRAUD COMPANY. I WANT JUSTICE. SO PLZ HELP ME IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK
