Complaint by: bharath on August 24, 2010, 11:35 am in Indian Railways

The Train number 0765B was scheduled to reach Nizamabad around 8:15 am.
And my family with a kid of 10 months old was getting in at Gudur.
The train was supposed to reach Gudur at 5:30 pm. The train raeched Gudur at 7:15 pm with a delay of 1 Hr 45 minutes. The train was then supposed to reach Secunderabad at 04:25 am but it reached at 08:55 am, with a delay of 4 hr 30 minutes and then it was stopped for an hour in secunderabad station. Why dont you display this delay of hour long stoppage in secunderabad in your timetable in advance. Why was the train stopped in Maulali and Gatkesar for more than two hours. My wife was travelling to Nizamabad and because it was a direct train from Gudur, i asked her to travel to Gudur and catch the direct train. She was travelling with a kid of 10 months old. My son has become totally sick due to this delay and i want to know the exact reasons for delay. I wont to know it through Right to Information Act. I will lodge an official Complaint if you do not respond ASAP.

I support this complaint.
This is the worst train i experienced.
It has no Display of coach numbers and had to fight a lot for berth and no tt. No security for such a long train. Is Indian Govt no capable of running trains or is it ignorant to people grievances.

I support this complaint. This is the worst ever train experience I had in my life. I was issued a ticket from Guntur Junction to Malkajgiri. The train is late by 4 hours to reach guntur. It came 01:20 and started at 2 AM. It is supposed to come at 9:45 AM.

Worst still, even though I was issued a ticket to Malkajgiri, the train is nto stopped in Malkajgiri. I got down from the train just after Bollarum Bazaar as there was a signal delay. I walked all the way back(nearly 1 km) to Bolarum bazaar adn took an auto and reached my house just now. I am going to complain abt this in all the possible manner. THis is the first one.

Also, there is NO TTE in this train. The bogies had no display of coach numbers. There was nearly a fight of 45 mins about where one has to take the berths.
