Vodafone Delhi - Unethical Business Practices by my Telecom Service Provider

Dear Concern,
I am a prepaid user of Vodafone. I am using their services from last 4 years. I recharged by 95 rs for using internet 1 GB of internet. I got the confirmation as well. I used normal internet after recharge but I was shocked to see that my balance was getting deducted every time I connect to the internet in-spite of having the facility installed. I connected to customer care and they confirmed the error and promised me that i will get my amount back in my mobile account in 24hrs. But this is still not done. This is not happening first time. earlier i noticed the same things.
Would appreciate if such a big brand can correct the things else I will take this to the consumer forum.
