Kent RO Systems - UNBEARABLE AND IMPROPER SERVICES FROM KENT

SRI HARINIDHI ENTERPRISES(BANGALORE) HAS FAILED MISERABLY TO ATTEND TO THE COMPLAINT OF THE CUSTOMERS, DESPITE REPEATED EFFORTS OF COMMUNICATION WITH THEM EVERY SINGLE DAY SINCE THE PAST MONTH. IT IS UTTERLY ANNOYING TO INFORM THEM REGARDING THE PROBLEM FACED DUE TO THEIR LACK OF SERVICES AND INSUFFICIENCY TO RESPOND TO A COMPLAINT. ALSO IT IS PATHETIC TO KNOW THAT NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE CAPABLE OF ATTENDING TO A SINGLE COMPLAINT NOR TO THE REQUESTS PLACED BY THE COMPLAINER. IF THIS IS THE CASE OF YOUR SO CALLED NO.1 PURIFIER COMPANY WHEN THE PURITY DOESN'T EXIST WITHIN THE COMPANY ITSELF. ALSO I AM WELL AWARE OF YOUR AREA MANAGERS, SERVICE MANAGERS, AND WHO NOT BUT NONE OF THEM ARE CAPABLE, IN FACT INCAPABLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. IF THIS IS WHAT KENT RO SYSTEMS OFFERS THAT IS NOTHING BUT INCAPABLE EMPLOYEES, WORST POSSIBLE SERVICES, IMPOSSIBILITY OF REACHING TO YOUR CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES, IMMENSELY PATHETIC AND HORRIBLE SERVICES, HARRASIVE NATURE OF THE EXECUTIVES, LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST THE INCAPABILITY OF SOLVING THE ISSUES REQUESTED BY THE COMPLAINER. I'D LIKE TO TAKE THIS CASE TO THE CONSUMER COURT BUT IT WOULD JUST DESTROY OUR PEACE. BUT IF THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE I WILL NOT HESITATE TO TAKE THIS CASE UPTO THE "CONSUMER COURT" OR ANY OTHER HIGHER COURT AVAILABLE AND SUE THE COMPANY FOR FALSE PROMISES AND INCAPABILITY OF THE COMPANY TO PERFORM TO THE NEEDS OF THE COMPLAINER.

Complainant's Goal: RESOLVING THE ISSUE OF THE COMPLAINER IN SPITE OF REPEATED REMINDERS.
