This is a complaint regarding an unauthorized & illegal PG running by
Mr. AFAQUE USMANI
D 1/7 504, Yamuna Nagar opp. Millat Nagar,
Andheri West, Mumbai

He is running PG from last few years in a society flat without taking any permissions from the society members, he is also in a rent but running PG on its own which somehow spoiling the culture and environment of society as there are 7-8 boys living in a 1bhk flat with him ( Afaque usmani). and even he is not paying any TAX to the government.

The society is facing issues due the uncultured behaviour and we don't allow any bachelor in our society.

The average number of tenants in a 2BHK accommodation is four, but the number sometimes swells to eight or 10. Every time, new tenants come to live in this PG. Unknown people, who claim to be friends of tenants, also visit the society on a daily basis. It is a major security threat.

Charges for electricity and drinking water are paid at residential rates. However, owners of PGs are only paying residential rates. It is a major cause of shortage of water and electricity in the city."

Please do the needful and take strong action ASAP.
