IndiGo Airlines - Unable to fulfill the expectations

Dear Team,
During my travel from Bengaluru to Delhi on February 05, 2016 by 6E-106 following was what happened with me during the travel -

a) The flight was delayed without any information given by any of the staff at the airport
b) During the travel I had a CPML and I was told that there is no Coke available only Hot beverage available to choose from
c) The flight got delayed without any information from Pilot in landing and landed late this resulted in surge price taxi booking at airport to New Delhi Railway Station as the earlier booking got cancelled
d) There was a delay in baggage belt also
e) I had a train to catch, eventually the train was late and I was able to board the train

All this kept me in high mental stress and never expected such thing from Indigo as I travel from Indigo mostly because of their punctuality.
