I have purchased two “Bajaj Majesty 3 Litres Instant Water Heater†in the month of December’12. It took more than one month to install them at my place. After 15 days both of them have stopped working . Your technician has visited my place and did some temporary fix and washed their hands . Post that it didn’t work for 2 months ,even after raising complaint at your help line no one turned up. After my repeated follow ups, someone have visited again and did some temporary fix as usual.
Overall I have interacted nearly about 6 times at your help desk in last 7 months . Today when I called up to your help line to raise complaint , my calls were disconnected for 3 times . I asked for escalation to next level and it was done on the 4th time. I was able to talk with Mr. Praful and he has promised me a call back from service team. Someone from service team with mobile # ********28 and he asked for time till tomorrow ( 20th August’13) to solve the problem.
You can just understand how reliable is your product, as I have complained 6 times in last 7 months. Now I don’t want to continue with the same geyser , I want you to replace them with a new one. I am sure once the warranty is completed you people will not even look at my concern.
If the issue is not addressed or permanent fix is not given to my problem, I would need to approach consumer court for further proceedings .
Expecting a quick response and speedy resolution .
