Indian Railways - TTR's illegal approach towards passengers

I am Vinoth Gandhi finished my MBA and now working in a public sector bank in chennai. This mail is regarding an official complaint and to explain my unsatisfied travel experience with the world's largest train network. Sir my ticket PNR number:424-419098 dated on 20th august 2012 was booked under TATKAL quota( After a long wait from early morning 3 o clock to 10 o clock in the queue) The Ticket was booked for 3 members namely VINOTH GANDHI, JAYA SURIYAN, RAJARAJAN from Thanjavur(TJ) to Chennai egmore(MS). When i started from my home i had my wallet but unfortunately in Railway station or during my travel in bus from my home to railway station my wallet was stolen by someone. So before my travel i inquired the TTR for my compartment S2 and explained my situation and i told him that the other 2 persons traveling with me are possessing the ID proof and Address Proof. But as per Indian railways rules and norms a Ticket(TATKAL) without ID proof of primary customer is an invalid one. I understood the same but i requested the TTR but when i asked for the first time the train started he called me and the other persons traveled with me as FRAUDS, which i never expected from central govt staff serving people. From then he used many unparlimentary words including caste and religious things. So we people argued for an enquiry on the same by a chief officer to enquire us and other people in the compartment. But he asked RPF soldiers to make us get down from the train but after we and the other passengers explained about the situation the asked us to travel in unreserved compartment. so we waited in the compartment upto the next station to get down and to get a place in unreserved compartment. During that time he received some bribe money from other passengers in waiting list. The most unacceptable thing is he told to those people that to give money to us only he is collecting money like that he told it seems. We spent our full travel in unreserved compartment after spending 750 rs. Its our mistake that we don't have a valid proof but the way he treated us and getting money from other people is not at acceptable. I want to convey this issue so i am sending this mail. I am believing that appropriate action will be taken against the TTR after an enquiry and we people are ready to attend the enquiry session.
