i have a ticket booking but pnr not given and no seat alloted
i have booked a ticket sambalpur exp (18312) to journey date 03 dec txn id 100001536898453 and txn date 19 nov
and bank refrence no is ********1710 via phone pay and phone pay txn id is p1****************61006
but ticket is not cleared and pnr is not given
please clear the txn and provided pnr thank you
