Complaint by: Sudip on August 5, 2011, 10:56 pm in Indian Railways

I was travelling by train no: 18005 AC-3 with my wife and my 2month old son. This train is actually a diverted routed train via Angul. This train reached at Angul at morning 7:00 AM, but the train stopped way outside of the platform where eventually no platform was there whereas a huge space was left at the platform. So i have to get down with all the luggages and my wife carrying a son get down there with highly risk of falling. This train is doing such idiotic mistakes continuously at Angul. I think either the Angul signal system is not proper or they are not treating this train properly or the drivers are really idiots. Please look into this because same incident happened on 31st July 2011 when my family members are returning from Angul to Mecheda, this train came late and give the stoppage at the outskirts of the PF 2 so they (Aged 59, 50, 35,25, 12) walking 10 mins with all the luggages to catch the train.

Complainant's Goal: To stop harashment to aged passengers and use the proper resource.
