At present in India no state is having single track rail way for connecting with metropolitan cities around the country except Assam.
Since the decade Assam is transporting and communicating with other parts of India in single track.
They are being neglected and ignored consistently since independent. The evident proved that people of Assam is born to suffer of Indian railway discrepancies and anomalies permanently.
Hence the people living in north eastern parts unable to prevail the 100% of railway facility due to technical problem are as follows:

 Train crossing each other in single rail track intensifying the unlimitedly delay or holding. Sometime may lead risk of accident.
 Trains are increasing but trains but in single track difficult to facilitate, traffic jamming with multiple trains like-Good trains, passengers local trains and numbers of long root express and mail trains Down and UP going Trains etc.
 Some times for occurrence of accident in single track forced to terminate the train hence many people become regular prey of victim or become 24 hour late.

These all discrepancies are known to out Indian Railway Ministers, Chief Ministers, and also other Ministers but so far none is taken firm action
to change the facility of train in Assam. It is unavoidable and integral part of India. Although Assam is the land of evergreen rich in natural resources with valuable minerals-oil and natural gas, Tea, wood its fruit the center is receiving but Assam is always being neglected all the way for ever.
by the aficionados of Government. It has past more than decade after independent but Assam is in view of Railway facility still ever awaited for full flash facility. The center has promulgated double standard rule to this part of India and leaving the people of Assam in panic railway transportation.
It is the great question, who are the ministers of government will take the first lead to reform the ever outstanding Railway track dispute of Assam.
This is biggest threat to think as neglected always by center in the mind of people Assam. Why does the double Standard rule for the Indian citizen living in Assam?

Outstanding Obligation of Indian Railway always happen in the North eastern Part Of India.

1. No control over the issuing of Tickets. Whether it may be e-tickets, I-tickets, Tatkal ticket and general Ticket.
2. Very poor maintenance of railway compartments, toilet-fan light switch with naked live wire and railway tracks specially in north Eastern Part Of India. Periodical compulsory checkup should do by the technician after every arrival in the railway yard. Gape of starting the same train should be maintained to give sufficient rectification defect occurring during past running.
3. Filling up the water in the compartment to maintain the basic hygienic condition in comport and toilet every after 12 hours of journey.
4. TTEs and Booking clerks are doing open business on their own way independently. Never give the book for complaining when asked or always gives excuses to escape from their duties.
5. The fair taken for Waiting List and other Waiting List, if it is not confirmed should return back the amount if not prevailed or given reservation seat in train after travelling with confirmation from the TTEs before the journey to stop the right to travel with waiting list ticket in reservation compartment.
6. Ticket against confirmed seat or birth should be strictly adhered, but no waiting list should be permitted to issue additionally.
7. Conspiracy of Corruption in rail department is in the highest level but the authority is denying of ignoring permanently.
8. Anti corruption or vigilance dept. should compulsorily deployed to stop the offenders. And punished according to IPC 63 to 71 as fraud. Nevertheless there will be no end of doing corruption.
9. Waiting list and general tickets passengers should not be permitted to travel in the reservation compartment at all by TTEs and rule to be made strictly for stopping the loop hole for male practicing in future.
10. Earning by the advance of 120 days also highlighting the conspiracy of looting and exploiting the passengers more. It directly hangs up a bundle of passengers’ money as investment to railway dept just for without assurance of seat and birth to passengers.
11. Conspiracy persisted because the loop hole left to issue ticket without seat as waiting list in booking counter or in net. The reservation with money should against availability of seat and birth and railway reservation server should be configured accordingly.
12. The people birth in Assam means for only every matter of joke for other part of country as ever neglected one, they are always ignored and preferred as second class citizen.
13. Always center is deploying double standard rule for the people of Assam in every field of infrastructures, science, technology and civilization.
14. Do TTEs have authentication to issue ticket to passenger for travelling in reservation bogies,? this is often sighted by the passengers.
15. Periodical Railway track never check to reduce the risk of accident, number time accident occurred due to poor maintenance and gape of the more gape or less gape. The evident of Panjab mail in Rohtak on 06 may 2012.

THE INDIAN RAILWAY RULE SHOULD PROMULGATE TIME TO TIME IN THE INTEREST OF PASSENGERS ERRORLESS COMFORT. STILL IT SEEMS THAT THE RAILWAY IS FOLLOWING THE BRITISH POLICY OF "DIVIDE AND RULE" AS "DIVIDE AND EARN"

This is not only problem of Assam but it is national problem which is exploiting the common people living in India.
It is interestingly increasing day by day rapidly because of multiple loop holes in Indian Railway ACT. I expect the aficionados of Government and Minister-Law and Railway Minister will take lead to construct the good Railway law for better transportation in Assam.
In addition Railway should assure the passenger comfort travelling against the 120 day advance ticket booking for birth reservation. And new protocol should develop to watch the TTEs with CCTV and anti corruption behind the offenders.
I think this way passengers may to travel with safe and secure destiny in future.

I request the citizen journalists those who claim to be the member of journalist and soldier against terror and error occurring in our corrupted nation they should come up and fight against it, also highlight the fact and factuality of true occurrence in north east. This has consistently exploiting and corrupting the north east citizen and stopping to get privileged of fundamental rights of living as citizen of India. Basic privilege like food, shelter, cloth are becoming difficult due the government double standard rule for north east hence the cost of living of north east becoming day by day more panic and conflicted each other and rat racing for bread and butter. If citizen journalist works for reforming the society as well country I request them work not for worth but for only truth which is full of thorny and peril some. Extortion is highest level which cans the man made social trauma in NER.
