I am having BSNL mobile parented to Gujarat Circle. Now I am in Pune MH. I have already made payment of Rs 198/ to make it roaming free for 6 months. Mobile no is ********92.
BSNL MH is refusing to provide Top up

Complainant's Goal: Immediate solution of the issue. Top up should be made available in any place
