I am shifting my home luggage from ooty to Hyderabad and in this we got quotation from online with name tirumalai packers and movers from Salem , the way they spoke is excellent , but once agreed with deal , the loading of luggage is imperfect and non ethical , they said they will send the team at 10 am on 23 March 2018 to ooty but they came at 4 pm in evening after several calls , due to them we loss our travel air tickets , the packing was worst and imperfect , they agreed for payment of 50 percent while loading but they demanded in night 70 percent we have to pay , as per them the luggage have to reach Hyderabad on or before 25 evening , but we did not get any call from them , once I approached the owner or agent Mr Tamil selvam on ********60, ********37, he said very calmly only on 26 night you will get luggage , and given some driver number name gowtham ********56, I blasted him due to fraudness and no responsibility , he said no sir , on 26 morning we are trying both owner and driver they are not even receiving our call , and behaving like they don't know us , the driver came for loading is changed and no details has been shared by the company, Even I having doubt on their registration details , the online reviews are very wrong and wrote by wrong people and not real customers Still we are in nervousness to know status of our lugage , A strict action have to take on these type of companies who are playing with customer urgency needs and suffering the customer with out proper action Still I don't have true message from those company what is my luggage status and no one is receiving our call So I requesting the consumer forum to help me and learn these of frauds a lesson Regards Dr M V N L Chaitanya (M Pharm., ph D),
After 30 times we call , that fellow Mr Tamil Selvam received call and saying he will deliver at 4 pm today , but I don't have trust till the
