Tikona Digital Networks - Tikona speed problem - Never provide the speed mentioned !!

i have been using tikona since the past 5 months now. the plan i subscribed for is 799 - unlimited with a speed of 750 kbps. the problem is i never get speed above 500 kbps. i have contacted and lodged complaints with the tikona department many times but nothing happnes. my speed has till date never increased and i have never got my full speed yet despite having waited 5 months. i request the matter be looked at. i have lost all hopes. please help me.
