Since Tikona has Lot of connectivity problem I had Requested for Discontinue the Tikona Service to My user id on June 15. Since I had already paid bill till june 25 i requested them discontinue before June 25. Even I clearly told to customer executive if any bill generate after june 25 I will not be the responsible Even in the mail also i have mentioned the same. After making Numerous Call from June 15 to July 3 they discontinued partially on July 3 and Generated Outstanding adjustment monthly rental Bill of 297 rupees(from 26 june to 3 july). I dint pay this bill since i already stopped using internet from june 25.
In September I got call from Tikona asking me to pay outstanding Bill immediately otherwise we will take Legal action on you. I don't want to take this Risk and hence I paid Bill immediately .
Now It is October Still My account is active. I got new Bill of 100 rupees claiming Late payment charge. I really don't know what to do I am frustrated. Please take necessary action on Tikona fraud company.
I request Every consumer to never take connection from Tikona as this is a fraud company and making fool out of customers is the forte.
