I purchased tikona broadband on 05/2/2012 (SRF no-11000001023448, cust- a/c no-117205964, user no-1105674996). The executive show me demo and he is collected RS 1200 by case. He promised that we will get our username and password details in 3days and the connection will be installed at list 8/02/12. But till date tikona broadband not installed it. I have more time call to customer care and always different answer. Currently 14/02/2012 at 6:35pm, I talk to customer care executive Mr. Riyasat he give me a answer “your Rs. 4000/ appx. Payment due. This reason your installation is pending”. But I have first time apply to tikona connection and till date I had not use any broadband connection. Tikona is cheating me and its customer. Please help me resolve the problem.
