I HAVE BOOKED TICKET THROUGH ONLINE ON DT. 10.04.2015 FOR TRAIN NO. 14317 DDN INDORE EXPRESS AS BELOW:-

BUT SUMAN GUPTA REACHED GHAZIAABD STATION WITH HER DAUGHTER , SHE COME TO KNOW . TRAIN ROUTE IS DIVERTED AND TOUCHING GHAZIABAD STATION . SHE RETURN BACK TO HOME FROM AUTO AND HARRSED .MY COMPLAIN IS IN TWO PART:-
1. IF TRAIN IS DIVERTED , INTIMATION SHOULD BE GIVEN I TO PESSENGER THROUGH SMS / CALL IN PASSENGER GIVE N MOBILE NO. SO THAT PASSENGER NOT HARRASED AND NOT WASTE THE MONEY IN AUTO AND VALUABLE TIME .
2. I HAVE LODGE CLAIM FOR REFUND VIDE TDR REGISTRATION NO. BNR170415W10209 DT. 13.04.2015.AND REMINDER IN 25.04.2015. IRCTC REPLED THAT THEY have no role in deciding the refund. On receipt of refund amount from the Railways, it is credited to the account of the customer through same payment gateway which was used while making booking.
NOW 2.5 MONTH ALREADY GONE BUT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ANY REFUND AMOUNT.TILL DATE.
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PROVIDE US COMPENSATION FOR INCONVEYANCE AND DEFICENCY OF SERVICE AND REFUND AMOUNT WITH INTEREST .AT THE EARLIEST.

You have to file RTI by which you will get all the details of your refund status/action till date on your refund and reason behind the delay/rejection if any. It is a easy way to make your process fast.You will get your refund as soon by this.You have no need to go anywhere.You can file RTI via this portal online.
