IRCTC Indian Railways - Ticket not book and money has been deducted

Hi,

I booked a tatkal ticket from username : “akshay_dns”, the transaction is successful that means the money “915 rs” has been deducted from my SBI account however the confirmation of the booking has not been issued to me. I called on “01123311264” number and the call was not connected to any of the representative and was disconnected abruptly. Please find the screenshot for the same. I want my money back as the ticket has not been issued and there is no one who can help me for this.

I have a major concern here that if the tatkal thing is not working then why is it that you people are allowing the end users to book it online.
Such a bad service from IRCTC and we have no other options to book a ticket.

Please do the needful and let me know if you require any additional information for the same.
