I was traveling with family in a private bus from Nasik to Pune. SANGUMPUR Village TI stop the bus at some unknown place. I don't know the name as there was no name place on his dress. We thought, he will take some money and let us go. After 40 minute he came in to bus and ask us our personal details like name age and address etc. I had asked why he stopped and bus and why you needed my personal details. There was no response.

After 1 HR all traveler(around 60) got irritated and come out from bus and move towards his Vehicle (vehicle with red light on top), he just scared a bit and define that private owner not filled tax and other formality from last 3 year so he can't let the bus go. Will arrange a separate bus for us. he stopped a bus after 1.44 HR that is govt bus(Lal Dubba), full with traveler. With in 15 minute the bus left out without taking any passenger because people from the bus shouting why we stuck because of you. it's a govt bus he can't do anythings so it went away.

after 15 minute more, when all traveler come out from bus with their luggage she say, let sit down in bus. This bus will drop you to next stop (KHAR GAO). Everyone get into bus. We went to KHAR gaon in next 15 minute. After searching a lot this person won't get any things for traveler and now people in shouting mode, so he communicate he force driver to return money back. Each passenger paid 250 INR from Nasik to Pune only 100 INR return.

Nothing was arrange over there for 1 HR more then police man told all traveler to again sit in the bus, this bus will drop us till NARAYANPUR. After 30 minute bus drop us at narayanpur. Now there was no police person behind us. We are alone looking out some arrangement for us to come back pune. Finally we arrange a local taxy in 1800 (5 person) and came to pune. It's around 3.5 HR journey from Nasik to Pune , we spent around 9 HR and who is responsible I am not agree to claim bus owner. The person who is responsible is TI sangumpur. Reason..

1. No tax paid by bus owner from lat 3 year. Why it not picked in last 3 year.
2. You can't stop a bus in rainy season, and if you stopped you must need to arrange somethings for them.
3. Why this person left out before reaching Narayanpur. He must ensure alternate arrangement.
4. Wasted 6 HR of passenger. who will be responsible.
5. In India is this our duty to check all document of bus or private taxi are perfect are not before traveling ?

I don't understanding Indian police why don't understand the responsibly.
