Tikona Digital Networks - Threatning calls by agents of Tikona

I subscribed Tikona broadband connection in early 2015. It was a horrible connection as most of the time it was down. I made several complaints but that did not work. Finally I asked them to disconnect. But they did not disconnect. I chased them several times but they still did not disconnect. Finally I sent a few mails to them and then they disconnected.

Tikona kept me charging for the period till the disconnection in June 2015. Since Oct 2015 I started getting threat calls from people who claimed to be lawyers in Delhi Civil Court and Delhi High Court. They threatened me to ruin me financially by blocking all my bank accounts, my familiy members' bank accounts, disqualifying me from all govt and private jobs. Today they called me and threatened me by using slangs. They all claimed to be representatives of Tikona.

Funny part of it is Tikona Customer Care and Nodal Officer never replied to my emails, never addressed mycomplaints but they deployed goons to fetch money from customers.
