I had purchased a Monte Carlo jacket in Rs. 3600 from Jabong.com. When the courier partner gojavas had delivered the item, it was not only opened but the quality was also not good as per cost. So I had asked for exchange. Jabong.com continuously giving me excuses for not picking up the item and also exchanging the product.
Thus I had asked them to cancel the order and refund my money but they are not ready to to process the refund.
Also they had reduced the price of jacket after my purchase that could be another reason for not refunding my money or may be they are selling duplicate Monte Carlo jackets that's the reason they don't want to refund the money.
Jabong.com is using business tactics to bother me and mentally torturing me that they will not have to refund my money and also threatening and forcing me to take my online consumer complaint back.
When I had lodged the complaint with online consumer court (core.nic.in) then their employee are keep calling me every hour and their Chief Manager also called me several times. In some calls their Chief Manager “Riya” had also threatened me when she became to know that I had already filed the complaint with online consumer court and also she not agreed and ready to refund my money.
Their CEO “Sanjeev Mohanty”( firstname.lastname@example.org) is aware about the full case history and supporting their employee and Chief Manager to keep doing the same calls and behavior.
