Dear Sir,
Recently i have purchased a smart watch in online from thewristbuddy.com website but when i have received the product they have send a duplicate product to me and i have made so many calls to then but they are not responding.So please take necessary action on them and please solve our issue.i have paid Rs.2999/- through Credit Card.
Complainant's Goal: Please Return my money what they have charged from me.

I have suffered the same from TheWristBuddy.com. I have got the fake product at 3296 and they are at all receiving my phone calls and not replying to my mails as well.
Please Please block this website in India and save others money at least in future.
After showing advertisement on instagram, i had an order of "w1-98 android 6.0 bluetooth smartwatch", when item delivered to me, it is totally different from shown in advertisement on instagram, delivered item was so cheap and i paid 3200rs. For that product, which is not i have ordered, iam send a mail , still no updates from the company, i tried to reach the company by the call ([protected]) but no one is answering during business working time. This is fake web don't buy any on..
