Payment of loan against loan account No. 5******** is being made every month from my saving account with Sector-9,Chandigarh from the date of sanction of loan through ECS to HDFC bank. The installment of Rs. 3466 due on 5.07.2010 not made due to reason : DESCRIPTION DOES NOT TALLY :. The reason indicated is not clear.
Complainant's Goal: The payment should be made immediately to HDFC bank to avoid panality charges

Dear concern
To the best of my knowledge all the dues of the hdfc bank were fully cleared. The amount of the loan was also got insured. Moreover the original sale deed of the property was also given to the bank security All the papers of security were released after full and final settlement I don't remember why one instalment was not cleared by my banker as no installment was returned due to insufficient funds. This may be due to some techanical error and hdfc bank should specify the reasons for the same
