I want An Action to be taken Against Your Branch Manager An Other Employee Of your Bank Here Situated In Firozabad (Ganj Mohallah).
When I Reached Bank to Deposit An Amount Of 49000Rs to an Account OF Delhi. They First Of All Said the Money to the outer Accounts can only be deposited through Cash Collection Machine .When I tried to deposit the amount at the cash deposit machine it was not working i tried for 45 minutes , then i reached the cash deposit counter there the Teller Told me that they are having Strict Orders From Above Not To Receive Cash After 2 pm it can only be deposited through Machine. I told her that i had to deposit an amount of 49000 rs and machine will only accept 30000 rs . She told me to talk to branch manager I Reached to BM And shared my problem he also said the same that he cannot do anything and the cash will not be deposited at cash counter. I asked him if there is any rule that the cash can only be deposited through machine he told us yes it is a rule i asked him to show the circular he refused to show and started shouting over me then I asked him about the Complaint Book To mention My complaint He said go outside the bank and we do not have any complaint book other staff members also came there and one of staff member called his local relatives at the bank and they all threatened us . They closed the channel of the bank and tried to beat me some more people came and Rescued me I got Very depressed And Frightened Because of this Behaviour of Bank Employees . They Are Gundas in the Bank and give threats to people . So I humbly Requests you Sir Please take some Appropriate Actions to that employees And Punish them.
