Maruti Suzuki India Limited - Terrible experience with Mandovi Motors(Maruti Authorized Service Station)

Hi All,

I really want to express my frustration, pain, helplessness through this mail which i had because of unprofessional, casual, imperfect attitude of the employees of Mandovi(Maruti Authorized Service Station, Bangalore) and the way they serviced the car. This is not the first time i'm writing a mail in order to express my disappointment but the truth is, no action has been taken yet.
Even after the involvement of the manager in this matter, the employees are so casual and the outcome is that we have to suffer and become helpless just because these guys are hopeless. I did not buy a Maruti Car to spen my life in pain but to have comfort in life as i thought the service stations Authorized by Maruti will be as reliable as Maruti own service station but it does not seem to be case here, atleast with Mandovi Motors bangalore.

As i have mentioned in earlier mails(attached for your reference), this is not the first time i have suffered so much but i will not write about past in this mail. This time, i met with an accident and gave my car for Part replacement to Mandovi Motors Bangalore. Initially, the guy who handled my case said that the whole running board has been replaced, when i checked the same and found that only the section which was damaged was cut and replaced but the problem here was "when they painted that part, it was rough and anyone could easily make out that i has been repaired and not replaced."
Anyhow they repainted and coated it well but then i checked and found that the coating is missing from the running board. These guys started giving me crap that it is under the pain and once it react with it, it will come out and bla bla bla which i did not agree on.

In this whole process i involved there manager, Mr. Saravanan and i guess there deputy general manager Mr. Sandeep Bekal is also aware of this matter.

Somehow, they agreed on coating the whole running board again. Now, when i went to get the delivery, i noticed that they have covered 3/4th part of the running board(bottom to top) with the coat as compared to the other side and it was so cloggy and untidy. I brought the same to the notice of Mr. Rafiq who is service person there and he said that it is ok, let it dry for few days and it will be same as the coat looks on th other side of the car.
I have attached the pics with this mail so that you could check the difference between the two sides of the car and make out what quality service have been provided by yourself

This was the 3rd time i went to Mandovi to get the car and still i'm left with nothing and when i see my car like this i tell myself that i was a fool because i trusted Mandovi and Maruti for this.
I have attached the PICs of the running board from both sides of the car for reference.
I want to know that why does Maruti and Mandovi(Maruti Authorized Service Station) claims to give the best service to its customer.
