Dear Sir/Madam

I had booked ticket on 19 Aug 2016.

IRCTC Login ID: anshuboss
From:- Samastipur (SPJ) To: Howrah (HWH)
Train Name: Mithila Express train no. : 13022
Journey date: 16 Dec 2016. start time: 04.00 pm approx
PNR no.: ********63 transaction ID: 1000005********


the day when i need to start journey, i saw on the station that train is
delayed by more than 9 hrs. then we checked with station manager they told
there is no status till that and it may also delay.

so we postponed our journey & tried to cancel the ticket but it didn't
allow. it was telling chart already prepared.

So we filled a TDR immediately & till today (03 April 2017 # 115 days
after TDR file) i haven't got any information regarding this. I want you
to look in this issue & refund my full money as this was delayed by
Indian rail more than three hours as per IR rules.

kindly do the needful at the earliest.
