I requested for relocation if my TATA SKY connection on Sunday, I requested that to be done on Tuesday as I specially took off from my office and postponed my meetings so that I can finish my shifting and get the TATA Sky connection relocated. The area where I am relocated is also at the same pin code 560029 and hardly 1 KM from my old address.
I called up 6-7 timed since morning today and everytime they tell that you shall receive a call in 2 hrs. I have been continuously following up on the same since morning and every executive or senior executive is just asking me to wait for 2 hrs.
Further, when I called at 4 PM the lady told that the designated person called me and I requested for the relocation to be done on nxt day. Post that I called up 4 times asking for NODAL OFFICER's phone number and the DUMBEST of all senior executives thrice provided me the mentioned phone number "40********" which is a common number.
Please stop fooling around the people and have some pity on me. Either I want my connection to be relocate today or please send some person to have the collect your TATA SKY dish and take back the same at your office. There are plenty of yoiur competitors who are ready to give me a new connection within an HOUR.
