sir,
i wish to inform you that tata sky customer care desk officer informed me reg. my offer Rs 2350/- annual pack number of time from 12-May-17 to till date but my fund problem i do not recharge on same date
after getting my salary i recharged my tata sky account on 12-June-2017 with Rs 2350/- for annual pack and call him to customer care officer to link my annual pack , he check my detail and inform me that is nothing offer to my account .
i request you to cancel my tata sky account and refund my recharge amount Rs 2350/- at the earlist, so that i take other connection with other service provider. but still they have no action taken by tata sky.

kindly take necessary action .
