Subject: URGENT, URGENT - Complaint for Damage & Breakdown of my Indigo Manza - MH03 AW 8066





Yesterday, I have faced problem while returning from Outstation driving on Mumbai-Ahmedabad highway.

While driving, I have found Vehicle gear was not operative. which made me stranded on road (at Manor) and thereafter l hv lodged complain with the HELPLINE no.1********79 at 2.42pm. After continious chasing and several reminder, finally towing vehicle no. MH04 DT 783 reached at the spot around 6.15pm; and vehicle was towed and taken to VIJAY Auto, Unit no. 1 & 2, Dhuri Indl. Estate, Satavali Road Vasai (East) Thane.

On reaching the Vijay Auto, Vasai, they have observed towing hook was wrongly placed in the vehicle by towing team, which has resulted damage to my vehicle. Mr. Chirag of M/s Vijay Auto has made note and informed following damages occured (As per Job Card dtd. 11.5.2011) to my vehicle due to towing hooked the puller on cross member. (wrong place)

Details of Damages are :-

1. Tie member Assembly is damaged
2. Damage to Front Bumper
3. Damage to Radiator (Complete coolant was drainned-out while unloading vehicle from towing van, in front of Mr.Chirag of Vijay Auto)


Firstly, I am very much disturb and concern, due to harassement, gone through mental torcher/humilation and lot of incinvenience, due to breakdown of vehicle, which has hadrly ran for appox. 8350 kilometer and used for only 6.1/2 month (purchased in Oct`10). Is this the quality of womanship and technicality of vehicle, you have delivered to me ?

Secondly, due to inexpereinced service provided to me (Towing vehicle/team), which has cuased further damage to my vehicle. Who has to bear all this ?

Now, I request to kindly replace my vehicle, since I donot trust about technical soundness of vehicle and the service been provided to me till now, including towing service.

Till I get new vehicle from you in sound and good condition, kindly provide me service vehicle for my daliy use.

I am expecting you immediate action, to resolve my problem, as stated above.
