My name is Thirumurugan arunachalam am using citibank debit card. Last month 25th August 2015. I purchasing online shop the amount is Rs 519/- he using my debit card first time the amount will send but the receipt is not come. again swipe receipt is coming. but the moblie massage coming two time. i complaint online shop. what he told meant? this is citibank problem you call the Customer Care. i call Customer Care is not responsable. after few days i purchasing hypermarket 2nd september 2015 same problem the amount is Rs 1856/-.70 i check it hypermarket server mail. the amount show one time only. he gave some latter. i send the latter copy for your face..
Doing the needfull. please reverse the amount in my account..
