I placed an order of 210 Jute bags worth Rs. 10,000 with Hansh crafts against which I have paid Mr. Harsh Mehta Rs 5,000 as a deposit, as per conversation between us he agreed to deliver goods within 8-10 days after deposit. but I never received goods from him, I tried to contact him again and again and start chasing him on phone. he gave me incorrect courier tracking number for which i tried to contact courier company and the Bill number was incorrect. I wait for goods for more than 20 days after I start asking him, and he was making me fool on each call after that I asked him to refund my deposit for that he was agreed to refund into my account in 2 days but i never receive refund in my account. after that he sent me fake axis bank transaction ID which was not belong to transaction into my account. Finally I called him today and asked for refund he said do whatever you want. Please help me to get refund my funds.
