This is to inform you that I had not received 3 months cheques for – Aug, Sept, Oct ‘ 2010) of my pension under Super
annuation pension scheme from LIC pension office Sanjay Place, Agra.
Since we had lot of teleconversation with LIC office Sanjay Place, Agra we had not found any solution to the above issue,
but everytime they just ignore the issue by saying that we will look into the matter. So here I would like to complain
against Mr. Ravi Srivastava who is handling this issue.
Thus I would request you to intervene and resolve the issue at the earliest.
Kindly provide the above cheques as soon as possible.
