I am one of the customers and using sundth for the last 6 years in Delhi. I hae taken basic tamil pack which includes mega tc, snbc, vasant etc. But for the last few weeks the above channels are not appearing in my tv and spoke to customer care. They are telling it is technical issue and they will charge for getting it on our tv. When they are charging for the pack which includes the above packages, it is for heir duty to provide full pack to the customers. Everytime they charge whenever they visit for their fault. What is the solution for this.? They have to recitify if its their fault. Or they can charge if the fault is from our side.
