I Am subscriber of SUN Direct with subscriber no. 41329765410, since 24th December 2010. Am not getting any channels, i thought may be need recharge it. The same was done. Still the problem persisted than I think I called the customer service on 29th I presume on 08039407575, SUN DIRECT customer care, Bangalore. Then they said the satellite direction has changed. Hence they will send their technician to adjust the signals in 72 hours. Till date no body has turned up, whenever I call the customer care they take TOT of 72 hours but in vain. When I ask them to extend my validity of next recharge after the problem is rectified they say its impossible. I feel these people are siphoning public's money this way. Can you do something about them and teach them a lesson????? For reference my complaint number with them is 222470 and request number is 11501026621.
