Sun Direct - Sun Direct DTH recharge not recharged.

My Name is Sayedh Arafaath S and my Mobile No :********80 and My Smart Card No: 41032713780 on 04/03/2014 i recharged thrice ie. 1st through online with Sun Direct website for Rs.1150 and 2nd through IVRS with my my credit card for Rs.1000 and for Rs.200 subsequently as per the below mentioned process as per the one mentioned in the website but only for Rs.1150 amount has been recharged but for the other amount there is no recharge done till. Several times i called customer care but there is no resolution for the same. And on one call person from customer care told me that there is no such service ie. Credit Card recharge via IVRS. See iam using Sun Direct for the past five years being a old customer was not been queried properly which makes me bad feeling about Sun Direct.

1. For Rs.1150 transaction ID is 42292
2. For Rs.1000 transaction ID is 093635
3. For Rs. 200 transaction ID is 096092

Credit Card IVRS
1. Call 1860 3000 7575 to recharge via your mobile.
2. Enter your customer ID to be recognized by the system.
3. Follow simple and easy step-by-step commands to enter your credit card details
Credit Card
1. Key in your 16-digit card number
2. Enter your card’s expiry date and year
3. Enter the 3-digit CVV (on the back of your card)
4. On successful verification by your bank, atom IVRS shall read out transaction details.
