I have purchased sun DTH on 29.12.2009 from the Soni communication, Gurgaon. My smart card number is 41233693989R. From 4th Aug 2010 on wards the my adapter is not working. and i have lodge an complaint against this. and from last 20 days i am requesting to soni communication to repair it but all the time they are not going to take any action against my complaint ........
from last 20 days i am not be able to watch any channels is this is the way sun direct work?????
and if yes how long they will make fools to innocent people ..????
