Sourav Lodge - Substandard Hotel & non receipt of advance

Request to yatra.com for returning advance

My son along-with my daughter in law recently(23 to 27, oct'16) booked Sourav Lodge in Murshidabad and made full payment in advance. The quality of amenities, facilities of this lodge are very very sub standard. My son's family was forced to leave that lodge after 1 night stay though they made payment for 4 nights
.
We do not understand why yatra.com show these type of hotels/lodges without any checking, as a result tourists face lot of problems.

Moreover neither the lodge "Sourav Lodge" nor Yatra.com returned tariff of 3 nights .

Sourav Lodge did not refund the advance on the pretext that tehy have not received money from Yatra.com
Now a day makemytrip & cleartrip are arranging accommodation without any advance only yatra.com is exception
