SUBJECT: - REGARDING OUR LETTER DATED 26-03-2010.

Respected Sir,
With subject to above we want to draw your kind attention regarding demolishing of encroachment of our market shopes without proper planning by MCL Authorities. After demolishing the sites by MCL we are facing number of problems of drainage of water & facing the problem of dust due to the closer of water sewerage system not in proper way & also in future problems of flowing of water in the coming rainy season.

We have a very old & famous hosiery market since 50 years. On & all we serve the hosiery industry & also generates number of employments to our hosiery industry. Government has imposed so many taxes on us that is house tax, vat, income tax, sewerage & water tax, shop tax, service tax & number of so many direct & indirect taxes. All the taxes our businessmen are paying regularly to government but, WHAT THE GOVERNMENT HAS DONE FOR THE BUSSINESSMAN & INDUSTRY THAT IS NOTNING.

We have communicated you regarding our problems as detail follows: -
1. We have given a letter to your self on dated 26-03-2010 stating for the proper perseverance & flowing of rainy water in the proper way vide letter number 5009/PS/R.
2. our association adviser Sh. Sanjeev Thapar has made a request to Senior Deputy Mayor Sh. Parveen Bansal for visiting our area. On his prestigious visit Dated 08-04-2010 he made a promise with our members that all the concerned problems will be solved as early as possible. But till date we have not received any action from your side.
3. On 27th may 2010 three Consolers that is Sh. Sham Sunder Malhotra Ji, Sh Parminder Mehta Ji & Anil Malhotra Ji had made a meeting with our association members & in the meeting they all strongly convinced to our members in a positive way that they will take an immediate action on it. But till date they have not taken an action in a proper way.

After knowing the name of contractors from our consolers we approach to contractors directly & request them to complete the work of our market. But they always said that we have no labors & making lame excuses in every time. After wards we talk to S.D.O. Sh Gupta Ji.on his mobile number ********99. but the result is nothing.

SO AT LAST WITH SO MANY EFFORTS WE HAVE GOT ZERO RESULTS FROM MCL AUTHORITIES FOR THE SAKE OF OUR RIGHTES OUR ASSOCIATION HAS DECIDED TO CLOSE THE MARKETS ON 28-06-10 & 29-06-10 (MONDAY & TUESDAY) AS A RESENTMENT AGAINST MCL AUTHORITIES & WE AGAIN WARN YOU THAT IF OUR MARKET WILL SUFFERED A LOSS IN THE COMING RAINY SEASON IT WILL BE BORN BY MCL AUTHORITIES UNDER THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF CITIZEN

SO WE AGAIN REQUEST YOU PLEASE TAKE AN IMMEDIATE ACTION BEFORE THE RAINY SEASON.
